Nor-marine support service is divided into two main areas.
1) Technical & Engineer service.
As for shipyard/shipowner customers, Nor-marine has converted its business type from mere trading to service-driven sales. By utilizing our outstanding localized service resources in big ports across China, we are now setting up a harbor service system to deliver services to shipping companies from the world. By doing so, we are extending our services driven sales rational to ship owner clients. We are making efforts to achieve full range service while offering our one-stop services in the market. The shipbuilding companies in China are already capable of independent development, and have formed a complete local supply system. Made in China is becoming a widely accepted brand name around the world.
2) Storage, spare parts, maintenance and components.
Nor-marine storage and service center is housed in our 2000 sqm unit and is fully equipped for final assembly and the overhauling of equipment. Our spare parts and engineering service is adept, fast and precise with a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the original product, be that emergency repairs or upgrading. This includes a twenty four hour China wide response repair and maintenance team for all products.
